These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Apoticari and any buyer making a purchase on the website www.apoticari.com . The customer acknowledges accepting the General Terms and Conditions without reservation by confirming their order. The General Terms and Conditions in force at the time of the order are available on the website and can be consulted at any time.
3. Modification of the General Conditions of Sale
Apoticari reserves the right to unilaterally modify these Terms and Conditions. The new conditions will apply to orders placed after they are posted on the website. In the event of a modification, it is the customer's responsibility to consult the Terms and Conditions before placing any order.
4. Definition of Parties and Geographic Area
In these T&Cs, “Apoticari” refers to the company Apoticari SAS, “you” refers to the buyer and “Products” refers to the items offered on the website www.apoticari.com . Online sales are reserved for residents of the European Union and for deliveries within this area.
5. Products
The products available for sale are described on the website. Photos and descriptions are provided for the most accurate representation possible but may contain minor variations. Products are available while stocks last. Apoticari strives to ensure product availability but reserves the right to limit quantities per order.
6. Order
To place an order, the customer must create an account by providing complete and accurate information. An order becomes effective upon receipt of payment. Apoticari reserves the right to refuse an order for justified reasons, including in the event of a prior payment dispute or fraudulent use of the site. The customer receives a confirmation email summarizing the products ordered, prices, and delivery address.
7. Price and Payment
Prices displayed are in euros and include applicable VAT. Shipping costs are specified at the time of ordering. Payment is due at the time of ordering and is made by credit card via secure systems. Payment information is encrypted to ensure transaction security. Any customs duties for shipments outside the European Union remain the responsibility of the customer.
8. Delivery
Apoticari offers delivery options tailored to customer needs. Delivery times and costs are indicated before order confirmation and vary depending on the destination. In the event of a delivery delay, Apoticari will endeavor to notify the customer as soon as possible. Delivery costs are fixed, and the customer is responsible for providing accurate address information. Any undelivered package will be returned and reshipped at the customer's expense.
9. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the products. Returned products must be in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned products by Apoticari.
10. Legal Guarantees
Apoticari products benefit from legal guarantees of conformity (articles L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code). In the event of non-conformity or hidden defects, the customer may request the repair, replacement or refund of the products concerned. The guarantees do not cover defects resulting from improper use of the products by the customer.
11. Liability
Apoticari is committed to providing products that comply with applicable laws, but cannot be held liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or loss of data. In the event of damage, Apoticari's liability is limited to the amount of the order. Apoticari is not responsible for technical issues beyond its control, including service interruptions due to internet disruptions.
12. Personal Data
Customers' personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Apoticari undertakes never to sell or disclose personal data to third parties without the customer's permission, except in cases of legal request.
In accordance with Article L.223-2 of the Consumer Code, the consumer is informed that he can register free of charge on the telephone canvassing opposition list, accessible on the website www.bloctel.gouv.fr .
13. Intellectual Property

14. Force Majeure

These General Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be brought before the competent French courts.
