Shipping and Returns
Delivery of Products
Products are shipped to the address provided when ordering, no later than the date indicated in the confirmation email. Please ensure that this address is correct. Apoticari delivers within the European Union, subject to product compliance with local import standards. Delivery is carried out by various partner carriers, and delivery times take effect from the order confirmation. Risk transfer occurs at the time of delivery. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email. If the delay is not justified by force majeure, the customer may cancel the order after sending a formal notice. In the event of failure to comply with the new deadline, the order may be canceled, and the customer will be reimbursed within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the cancellation request.
If you are not there at the time of delivery, a delivery notice will be left. If the package is not collected within the specified time, it will be returned to Apoticari, and you can choose between reshipping at your expense or a refund, excluding delivery costs.
Receipt of Products
Upon receipt, the customer must check the condition of the package. If the package is damaged (damaged or open packaging), the customer can:
Refuse the package, informing the carrier, who will return it to Apoticari.
Accept the package, immediately notifying the carrier and customer service of any damage within three (3) days.
For any damaged, missing, or incorrect product, a claim with supporting documentation must be filed with customer service within three (3) days. In the event of an error or damaged product, returns must be made by Colissimo to the following address: Apoticari – Retours – 12 rue Traversière des Mourgues - 43000 Le Puy-en-Velay. Apoticari will cover the return shipping costs in this case. Failure to follow these procedures will preclude any recourse or refund.
Right of Withdrawal
The customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from the day following delivery to return the products without penalty, subject to notifying Apoticari of its decision. The products must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition and unopened. We recommend using a tracking method to secure the return. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless there is an error on the part of Apoticari.
Refund
If the conditions of the right of withdrawal are respected, Apoticari will refund the amount of the products and the delivery costs within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days following receipt of the returned products. The right of withdrawal does not apply to unsealed products whose remarketing could pose a risk for reasons of hygiene or health protection.
